This is the current replacement motor for the Sanmarin SN31. It is available in both 12v and 24v, it ships complete with the motor/macerator, solenoid & check valve. This will work with your existing switch box and wall mounted switch panel. They are very easy to swap out, unclamp the old motor, disconnect the wires from the switch box and then reinstall the new unit.
