Everything you need for a new installation, in one pre-assembled package. The Sanipit 24 GR CB combines a heavy-duty 24" x 24" basin, a 1 HP grinder pump, and an external control panel with alarm. It has all the features of the Sanipit 24 GR retrofit kit, built for new installations.

Unlike traditional float balls, which can get stuck and lead to flooded basements, the Sanipit uses an advanced water detection system that is far more reliable.
