Saniflo Sanicubic 1 Grinder Lift Station – Part #089

The Saniflo Sanicubic 1 is a powerful 1 HP simplex grinder lift station designed to handle wastewater from multiple bathrooms and plumbing fixtures when conventional gravity drainage is not possible. Its compact, self-contained design provides an alternative to a traditional sewage ejector pit and is ideal for basements, additions, rental properties, offices, commercial spaces, garages and other demanding applications.

Equipped with a heavy-duty stainless-steel grinder blade, the Sanicubic 1 reduces solids before pumping wastewater through a compact 1-1/2" discharge line. The system can pump up to 36 feet vertically and/or 328 feet horizontally, with flow rates up to 50 GPM.

Multiple fixtures can connect to a single Sanicubic 1, including toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, washing machines and utility sinks. Four available inlet connections provide flexibility when designing the plumbing layout.

The Sanicubic 1 features an IP68-rated enclosure, automatic pressure-switch activation, an external control panel with visual alarm, and an oil-filled, thermally protected motor. The complete system arrives pre-assembled, eliminating the need for a conventional sewage ejector basin, separate float switches and associated pump components.

Installation Notes

The Sanicubic 1 requires a properly installed two-way vent; air admittance valves (AAVs) or other one-way mechanical vents should not be used. Incoming gravity drainage should maintain the required slope, and isolation valves are recommended to make future servicing easier.
